For the past year, we have been trying to create new and innovative technology for our inflatable paddle boards. We learned a lot from our mistakes because we have them... Sometimes the materials were deformed, the rails separated in the sun, they wrinkled when they rolled up... We were worried and we challenged ourselves to solve it.
We investigated different materials, different compositions, and different unions until we reached a solution...We wanted them to be lighter, stronger, and more rigid to face any adventure and we have created a new fabric with a perfect proportion of elasticity and rigidity.
Utilize our cutting-edge Woven Technology Process to experience inflatable paddle boards on a new level. Using a new weave structure made of polyester yarns, we've done away with the need for glue during the lamination process and given our boards superior stiffness and rigidity. Our weaving approach offers better reflex responsiveness and lighter weight than conventional knitted fibers, which makes it simpler to handle and accelerates more quickly. In addition, our inflatable paddle boards have improved in every way, thanks to Woven Dropstitch Technology. They are now stronger, lighter, and more functional.
